Reminder that Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday.  Don’t forget to set your clocks “back” one hour when you go to bed this Saturday night and enjoy the extra hour of sleep!

This Sunday Nov. 2nd Children’s Event: KIDSTUF Service at 10:30am
Your children will definitely want to invite their friends to church this Sunday for KidStuf at 10:30 in the children's wing.  KidStuf is a part live, part loud, and part laugh your socks off show for ages 3 and up that will drive home powerful Biblical virtues in an exciting and entertaining way!  All parents are welcome to join their children for the fun.

Sunday Nov. 16th: Church Membership Class
We will be having a Church Membership Class on Sunday November 16th from 2:00 – 6:00pm.  The class is an informal discussion with Pastor James about what it means to join a church and some specific information on The Vine Community Church.  If you are interested in attending please fill out a communication card letting us know of your interest and we will provide you with more detailed information and directions.

Nov. Reach Week Annual Community Christmas Food Drive
The Vine Community Church will be partnering with community Social Services and other local churches/organizations in collecting food items for the Christmas Connection Food Drive.  The overall goal is to fill baskets of food for 250 families in the community who are disabled, shut-in, or in need.  Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted at the Welcome Table at church on Sunday mornings from Sunday, November 2nd until Sunday, November 30th.

1. Organize storage of donated items each week
2. Put food bags together on Sunday, December 7th after church service
3. Help to distribute food on Saturday, December 13th.
