Sun. Feb. 22nd – Children’s Ministry: KidStuf
If you have not yet experienced KidStuf this is your chance!  On February 22nd at 10:30am the children's ministry will have a live performance of Kingdom tales.  We will also have some secret surprise visitors that you won't want to miss.  Be prepared to dance, sing and laugh your socks off as our zany cast of characters share with you what it means to be a person of noble character.

Wed. Feb. 25th – 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting Begins
Our annual 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting begins on Ash Wednesday the 25th.  In order to participate all you need to do is to choose something to sacrifice for the 40 days leading up to Easter (you get to take Sundays off) while at the same time remembering Christ’s sacrifice for you and on any other prayer requests you may choose to focus on throughout that time.  It is a great time to remember and renew the important of Christ and all things spiritual in our lives.  I encourage you to participate with us this year.

Sat. Feb. 28th REACH Event: Free Windshield Wiper Fluid Refills
Join us as we REACH out to our community by giving folks a clearer view of the road ahead. Saturday, 02/28/09, at the 7-11 on Berry Road from 9:00am to 12:00noon we will top off windshield washer fluid for free. Sometimes it’s the little unexpected things that make a big difference. You can participate by attending the event or by sponsoring jugs of windshield 2 gallons/$5.00 by marking your tithing envelope Missions/Reach Week.  For questions, call Donna and Steve Moyer at 301-645-3218.

Sun. Mar 1st – Children’s Ministry:  Big Splash Event
On Sunday, March 1st the Children’s Ministry will be celebrating the next journey in our curriculum, “To the Depths-An Undersea Adventure” by going to the North Point pool after church.  Please pick up a flyer at the Children’s sign-in table for more information.  All are welcome to join us for this event!
