Sat. Mar 28th- REACH Week Event Reminder     
Spring Clean-up in the surrounding communities of the Vine Community Church will begin at 9:00 am.  Everyone is invited to come and meet us at North Point High School so that we can split up into groups and spread out into the local communities to pick up trash and pray for the people who live near our church.  Also, children and youth that participate in the REACH Week event are invited to a dinner and game night at 6:00 pm at the home of Donna Harris.  Parents, please call for directions!  Don’t forget to bring your gloves!  

Children’s Ministry Announcement
The Faith Factory Children’s Ministry has started their annual battle of Penny Wars.  So far, it looks like the 2nd and 3rd grade is in the lead, but the Pre-K could sneak up from behind!  It is time to dig in your couches for all of your extra change and have your kids help out with extra chores to earn it.  We are raising money to prevent child trafficking.

Thurs. Apr 9th & Fri. Apr 10th- Special Easter Week Events
There are two special events that will be hosted by the Discovering Community Life Group that are open to the congregation during the week of Easter.  On Thursday, April 9th at 7pm, a special Bible study will focus on communion and then on Friday, April 10th a viewing of the powerful fim, The Passion.  If you are interested in participating in one or both of these events, please call Cathy at 240-222-3849 or respond via email to info@thevine-church.net   Multiple locations will be made available to view The Passion if interest is great, so invite your friends!

Sun. Apr 12th- Special Family Easter Service
UNEARTH the Person, the Power, and the Potential.  Join us Easter Sunday, April 12th at 10:30am for our Special Family Easter Service as we UNEARTH the possibilities of Easter for you, your family, and our world at the Vine Community Church.

Sun. Apr 19th- Membership Class
The next Membership Class for the Vine will be held in Room 561 which is located near the entrance.  Anyone who has not taken this class already, is encouraged to do so and to RSVP to info@thevine-church.net   The class will begin immediately following the worship service.

KAMP KABOOM!! Registering Now!
God said it…KABOOM!!...It was.  You don’t want to miss our district Kids Camp located in Denton, Maryland for ages entering 2nd grade through age 11.  This will be Ms. Donna’s 3rd year at Camp and it is not because she loves the Sloppy Joe’s, it’s because it is a privilege to be a part of something that gives your child the “spiritual shot” in the arm that is like no other.  Registration is currently ongoing and if you register by May 25th the cost will be $150.00 or the June 15th deadline cost is $175.  Registration information is available at the Children’s Check-in Table.
