Thurs. Apr 9th & Fri. Apr 10th- Special Easter Week Events
There are two special events that will be hosted by the Discovering Community Life Group that are open to the congregation during the week of Easter.  On Thursday, April 9th at 7pm, a special Bible study will focus on communion and then on Friday, April 10th a viewing of the powerful fim, The Passion.  Both of these events will be held at the home of Dave and Cathy Stoner.  Please call 240-222-3849 for directions.  Invite your friends!

Sun. Apr 12th- Special Family Easter Service
UNEARTH the Person, the Power, and the Potential.  Join us Easter Sunday, April 12th at 10:30am for our Special Family Easter Service as we UNEARTH the possibilities of Easter for you, your family, and our world at the Vine Community Church.

Sun. Apr 19th- Membership Class
The next Membership Class for the Vine will be held in Room 561 which is located near the entrance.  Anyone who has not taken this class already, is encouraged to do so and to RSVP to info@thevine-church.net   The class will begin immediately following the worship service.

Sat. Apr 25th - Christmas in April- REACH Week Event
April is the time for rain showers  to bring in May flowers.  It’s also the time to give to others in the spirit of Christmas.  This year, we have the opportunity to bless a homeowner by reaching out on Saturday, April 25th to help with some much needed home repairs and TLC.  We are looking for people who are willing to pitch in an help with our list of projects like painting, replacing fixtures, etc.  There will be a cookout afterwards for participants and their families at the fairgrounds catered by Outback Steakhouse.  Contact Paul Stockman to get more information and to sign up for this fantastic annual event!  papastockman@yahoo.com or phone 301-638-5184.

KAMP KABOOM!! Registering Now!
God said it…KABOOM!!...It was.  You don’t want to miss our district Kids Camp located in Denton, Maryland for ages entering 2nd grade through age 11.  This will be Ms. Donna’s 3rd year at Camp and it is not because she loves the Sloppy Joe’s, it’s because it is a privilege to be a part of something that gives your child the “spiritual shot” in the arm that is like no other.  Registration is currently ongoing and if you register by May 25th the cost will be $150.00 or the June 15th deadline cost is $175.  Registration information is available at the Children’s Check-in Table.
