Announcements-Dec 11
On this past Wednesday, 8 Dec, the Charles County Sheriff’s office delivered 300 Fraser Fur Christmas Trees to the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department, Westlake Station. They are the result of a scam that a person was doing in Waldorf. The farmer sold the trees to this person and the buyer after selling some had refused to pay for them. The legal system had gotten involved and the Charles County Sheriffs confiscated the remaining trees. The original owner (the farmer) donated the trees to the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department, Westlake Station.
So, the station now has 300 Christmas Trees on the property and we and are selling them at $35.00 each. They range in size from 8 foot to 13 foot and the price is the same, $35.00 each. If anyone is still in need of a Christmas Tree were asking people to consider one of these great looking trees and at the same time help the local Fire/EMS department with a donation. There will be someone there every evening and over the weekends help load your tree. They sure do smell good!
Station 12’s address is 7000 St Florian Dr, Waldorf, MD. The station is off of Smallwood Dr near the intersection with Middletown Rd.
